A Prayer Of Love

May God bless you with the ability to love everyone, even those who do not like you and those who are different from you. May He bless you with the wisdom to know that love begets love, and grant you a heart that gives love without conditions. May we all come to know that the love we show may be the only love that many may experience. May we learn to love as He loved — with love that doesn't judge and doesn't come with stipulations — and come to know the peace that comes from unconditional love. May we love simply because every person God created is worthy of love, even when they feel unworthy. May we learn to love the wealthy as well as the poor. May we never look down on anyone, and come to know that the love we give today may not be returned today, but may manifest itself in our future. Every person who comes into our lives provides us with an opportunity to lift them with love. This is what Jesus did with all who He encountered. May you feel love today as you give it freely to others. Amen.

Mark 12:31 (NIV) — "The second is this: 'Love your neighbor as yourself.' There is no commandment greater than these."
