I Am Determined

Twelve years of bleeding. Twelve years of doctors who couldn't help her. Twelve years of spending everything she had, only to grow worse instead of better. All of this, but the woman with the issue of blood would not give up. She heard that Jesus was passing through. Her path to Him was not clear, but she was so determined that she pressed her way through a packed crowd of people standing between her and Jesus in order to get to Him. Though she could have just stayed home, her determination to be healed caused her to fight through the crowd to see Jesus. She reached out and touched the hem of His garment, believing that would be sufficient for her healing. Jesus knew He had been touched and told her that her faith had made her well. What stands between you and Jesus? Whatever it is, you must be determined to go around it, over it, under it, or even through it. You must be determined and let nothing stop you from your healing, your miracle, or your breakthrough. Just when you think you have gone as far as you can go, let your determination take you even further. Amen.

Mark 5:27-28 — "When she heard about Jesus, she came up behind him in the crowd and touched his cloak, because she thought, 'If I just touch his clothes, I will be healed.'"
