Sharing Good News

There is a saying that if you can't say something good say nothing at all. My grandmother was a perfect example of sharing the qualities of a loving Christian saint. We would often visit her on weekends and spend time with her. She would share the knowledge of living to show Jesus in your life with us. Often there would be others there, and conversations would start. They would sometimes be talking about others. My grandma would get up and leave the room as not to be part of talking about anyone. She did not believe in gossip of any kind. She simply would not be part of it. If you were sharing good news she would participate and talk about what a blessing it was for these good things to be happening for others that we knew. We are the vessels to spread the good news that Jesus saves and that He is the light of the world. It is our job as Christians to spread the good word of our Savior to those that we come in contact with. We must share the good news that Jesus is our Redeemer.
