He lost his family, all of his property, his riches, and his health was failing. This is the story of what God allowed Satan to do to Job. Then his friends arrived and added insult to injury, saying bad things were happening because Job was a sinner and God was punishing him. With friends like that, who needs enemies? Job told them he had done nothing wrong. During the remaining part of his life, God gave Job ten more children, even more riches, and health good enough to live to 140 years. With all of the things that you have endured, will you still trust God, or have the few things you have endured already made you want to walk away from God? What Job endured could have easily allowed many to lose hope. Do not lose yours. Job's steadfast faith was a message to God that his trust in Him went far beyond his hurt, his pain, and his disappointment. Job's faith was rewarded with unbelievable restoration. Will you allow your faith to do the same?

Job 42:12-13 — "And the Lord blessed the latter days of Job more than his beginning; for he had 14,000 sheep, 6,000 camels, 1,000 yoke of oxen, and 1,000 female donkeys. He had seven sons and three daughters."
